Brody's Crafted Cocktails sells premium ready-to-serve craft cocktails in 36 states. Every bottle contains alcohol, so federal law requires that anyone purchasing, receiving, or consuming our products be at least 21 years of age.
How we verify your age
When you visit drinkbrodys.com, you'll see an age gate asking you to confirm you're 21 or older before browsing our shop. This is a confirmation, not a verification.
The real verification happens at delivery. Every order ships with adult signature required. Our shipping partners (UPS and FedEx) will check a government-issued photo ID at the door and only release the package to a recipient who is 21 or older. No exceptions, no workarounds, no leaving boxes on porches.
Where we ship
We ship to 36 states where direct-to-consumer alcohol shipping is permitted. If you're in a state we can't ship to, our checkout will let you know before you complete your order.
